The Parkdale Meeting Place is a drop-in centre that provides a welcoming place for men and women who are experiencing homelessness or inadequate housing in the Parkdale community.

COVID-19 Update: The Parkdale Meeting Place is currently closed. We are still welcoming members who are experiencing homelessness at our Meeting Place at 588 Queen St West., and the Parkdale Activity and Recreation Centre (PARC) is providing ongoing essential services to our Parkdale Meeting Place members. Essential information

What is it:

The Parkdale Meeting Place provides a safe and friendly environment where socially isolated members of the community can meet, socialize and access needed supports. In partnership with the PARC, we provide a hot meal to participants and the opportunity to connect with program workers for support and referrals.

Who is eligible:

Anybody is able to drop in during our open hours.

Where:

1499 Queen Street West in the Parkdale Activity and Recreation Centre.

When:

Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Note: The Parkdale Meeting Place is currently closed due to COVID-19. We are still welcoming members who are experiencing homelessness at our Meeting Place at 588 Queen St West.

How to register:

There is no need to register for this program. Feel free to drop in any time during its open hours.
