– Older Adults

The West Neighbourhood House Older Adult Centre supports older adults to live independently and adjust to transitions in their lives as they grow older.

We offer a number of programs and activities that serve adults 55 years and over ranging from those who are mentally & physically active and healthy to those who live independently but need more specialized care and attention. We also provide support for people of all ages with disabilities, and for caregivers.

We offer a mix of in-home care, virtual programs, and programs at our locations at 248 Ossington Ave., 20 West Lodge Ave., and 1447 King Street West. Our on-location programs serve older adults living from Bloor Street to Lake Ontario, Roncesvalles Avenue to Yonge Street.

COVID-19 Update: Many of our on-location programs are currently operating differently. Please click on a specific program for more details.
