Our Health Promotion and Education program provides educational and health related activities/services that promote wellness for older adults.

Essential Information

What we offer:

We host activities that provide health and wellness opportunities as well as public education about seniors health and the aging process to caregivers, students and volunteers.

Who is eligible:

Older adults (55 years of age or over)

When:

We are currently offering the following programs per week —

Monday at 1:30 p.m.: Zumba with Lena in Messenger Chat Room
Tuesday at 10:45 a.m.: Yoga with Pedro in Messenger Chat Room
Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.: Breathing Yoga on Mercuri Teleconferencing
Wednesday at 11:30 a.m.: Yoga with Lorne Opler in Messenger Chat Room
Thursdays at 2:30 p.m.: Cultural Workshop for Portuguese Speakers with Anabela in Messenger Chat Room (University of Toronto, Department of Portuguese and Spanish)
