West Neighbourhood House has six locations in downtown west Toronto. Please see below for information about each location.

Our largest facility at 248 Ossington Street, at the corner of Ossington and Dundas West, houses the following:
- Programs for older adults, people with disabilities and caregivers
- Women’s Empowerment Program
- Newcomer Settlement Program
- Adult Learning Program
- Programs for Children and Parents
- Programs for Youth
- The Music School
- Community Development and Advocacy
2) 588 Queen Street West
Our location at 588 Queen Street West houses the following:
- The Meeting Place Drop-in Centre
- West Neighbourhood House’s central administration and Community Response Unit
- Newcomer Settlement Outreach Program
3) 1497 & 1499 Queen St. West
Our location at 1497 Queen St. West, Suite 103 houses the following:

4) 20 West Lodge Avenue
Our location at 20 West Lodge Avenue, Unit #126 is the Parkdale base for our supports to older adults and people with disabilities:
- Parkdale Assisted Living and other Home Supports
- West Active Living and Learning Centre
- Other programs for older adults
